1. When you wish to place a order, you need agree with these Terms.
2. Our (Ranks) products on our store provide immediate benefit to the ingame experiences. These are not refundable.
3. Our (Coins) products on our store provide immediate benefit when redeem it on /store. we provide a refund when all coins of your purchase are not used at all. When a order is placed on our webstore and you start using these coins we can't make a refund on the last and previous purchase.
4. When a refund request are submitted, your account will be temporary disabled to invesigate the refund, after a decicion we can still disabled the store for your account.
5. When you wish to disable the store to prevent future purchases on your account you can request it by sending a email form our contact form on our website, we may ask a screen of your username.

1. Our game server is played by people that are most underage players this will means parents sould be assumed what his children are doing on the game.
2. Childs need always be controlled by his parents on purchases, we assume that permission has been given for this purchases.
3. We are not responsible for damage or financial debts resulting from a purchase through our webshop.
4. You may only purchase Products from the Webstore if you are at least 16 years old.

3. All purchase are logged, paid and unpaid! this data contains your username, items, and a transaction_id. This data will be kept for 14 days!

1. Some purchases may include the issue of in-game tokens, credits or similar mechanisms of simulated value - "Virtual Currency". Any Virtual Currency awarded has no physical value, can only be redeemed on the Platform such Virtual Currency was awarded for, and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency of any kind. We may monitor all purchases, including but not limited to purchases that award Virtual Currency. Any unusual patterns of Virtual Currency use reported to or identified by us will be investigated, and such Virtual Currency may be forfeit at our discretion.
2. All purchases on our store are digital virtual ingame items. This transaction is final and there are no refunds. If you are banned for breaking the rules of the Platform, you will not be refunded this money. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the Platform, and their rules can be changed at any time. There is no guarantee on being able to access the Platform, and if the server is no longer operated the virtual items are forfeit. All items are virtual and have no value, and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency of any kind.

The price of Products to be paid by you is set by Us and will be as quoted on the Webstore at the time you submit your order.
We may change the prices from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed that has been accepted by Us.
Payment processing related to Products purchased on the Webstore is performed by us and our third-party payment mollie.
